When you visit our website and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it.

02 Data We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Services expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services.

Voaiz utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Voice Synthesis engines provided by third-party partners (including but not limited to OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Google Cloud) to process your input.

Crucial Notice: While we ensure all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, input data sent to these providers is subject to their respective data retention policies for safety monitoring. We have established Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all vendors to ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

04 Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

05 Retention

Voice recordings uploaded or generated through Voaiz are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Upon termination of your account, all specific voice models trained on your data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized metadata regarding usage patterns may be retained to improve system latency and performance.
