Please read these terms carefully before using the Voaiz platform. These terms govern your use of our AI voice automation services, including limitations on liability and acceptable usage policies.
1 Acceptable Use
By using Voaiz, you agree not to use the services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Our platform is designed for legitimate business automation and customer engagement. You specifically agree NOT to use the voice automation features for:
person_off Impersonation
Simulating the voice of any person without their explicit, written, and verifiable consent is strictly prohibited. This includes public figures, politicians, celebrities, or private individuals.
phishing Scams & Fraud
Conducting robocalls, vishing attacks, social engineering, or any deceptive practices aimed at soliciting funds, sensitive information, or defrauding individuals.
gavel 2. Client Responsibility & Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws related to automated calling, including but not limited to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) in the United States and similar regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California).
"Voaiz provides the tool, but the user provides the intent. You agree to fully indemnify Voaiz against any legal action resulting from your unlawful use of the platform."
3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voaiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VOAIZ EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VOAIZ, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
4 AI Accuracy Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Voaiz utilizes artificial intelligence to generate voice and text responses. Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. We work constantly to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may in some situations result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review.
5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
